Our Team

Zach Brooksher is a full partner at the Heinrich Brooksher Real Estate Group at Carmel Realty Company, a role he grew into after joining the team as a part-time assistant in 2015.

His experience ranges from first-time buyers to luxury oceanfront representation. Early in his career he began purchasing rental properties and today operates a portfolio in the Midwest spanning single-family rentals, short-term rentals, and small multifamily — experience that shapes how he advises clients on property as an asset. 

Zach shares the team's commitment to community involvement as a former board director of the Carmel Public Library Foundation and a current mentor and sponsor of the College of Business at CSU Monterey Bay, his alma mater.

In 2023, Zach and his wife Isabel welcomed their daughter, Emmy, and his mother, Courtney, joined the team. For a family from a small town in Northern California, sharing a life on the Peninsula is something they all cherish, and it wouldn't be possible without the clients the team has been fortunate to serve.

In his spare time, Zach enjoys getting outdoors with his family, cooking a Sunday braise, exercising, and the occasional trip across the world, which never fails to remind him there's no place like home.
